AGS Engenharia Ltda is a Brazilian company headquartered in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro.

It was established late 2001 for execution of electromechanical assembly works and industrial maintenance contracts, mainly for the O&G market  .

After job execution for TRANSPETRO in 2002, AGS created the Project Management Department, Budgets and Contract Management, focusing on business.

After 12 years managing projects in the areas of Energy, Mining, Steel and O&G and managing large EPC’s budgets for Petrobras, in both on-shore and off-shore areas, AGS rebuilds its business unit focused on the electromechanical assembly works.
